We are now looking for a talented Senior Customer Services Officer to be part of our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the operations and the performance of the customer services counters in Cityplaza mall, including arranging roster, coaching subordinates and coordinating with Customer Services Manager and Building Management Team to implement different activities. He / She will provide high quality customer services to shoppers in the mall. Other than handling inquiries and complaints at information desk, he / she will also participate in various promotional activities.
