We are now looking for a talented Business Analyst to be part of our team based at our headquarters in One Island East. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process of digital campaign management and delivery as well as supporting in data-driven mar-tech projects.

• Gather, consolidate business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate into functional requirements


• Be the key contact point to communicate with other internal teams to drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journey building or other system projects


• Work with development team to find out solution design, communicate with users and ensure the proposed design can fulfill business requirement


• Support agile / scrum activities and write documentations for knowledge management purposes


• Prepare test cases and drive cross-system troubleshooting


• Write and execute database query as part of the troubleshoot step


• Involve in the end-to-end process of change including user requirement validation, design verification, test cases writing, test period planning and execution


• Meet and coordinate with inter-departmental business stakeholders to identify business needs, establish project goals, scopes and requirements for new systems and systems enhancement


• Bridge the gaps between IT and business users to facilitate discussions, assess business processes, conduct cost-benefits analysis and determine requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Systems or a related discipline


• At least 4 years of working experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Analyst role, preferably on CRM / loyalty program system


• Proficient in SQL scripting skills


• Experience working under scrum or other agile frameworks is a plus


• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, agile tools like JIRA, Confluence is a plus


• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills


• Good knowledge of CRM best practices and a good sense of business solutions


• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
