About our role

We are now looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Promotions Manager, you are to play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing strategic partnerships with tenants, and building positions online for Pacific Place. He / she is responsible for researching new digital technology in the market to assist with brand marketing campaigns and mall promotions. Duties also include managing a small digital marketing team in launching, managing, maintaining, and analyzing the mall’s digital channels, leading in-mall digital marketing and promotional activities, liaising with digital agencies, and collaborating with internal teams on various digital projects.   You are also to assist in handling other non-digital marketing projects as assigned. 

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • Degree in Marketing or a business-related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years’ marketing experience in digital marketing, social media, online advertising, SEO/ SEM, website management, O2O activities and digital campaigns. Experience in shopping mall or retail industry is a plus

  • Demonstrates creativity and hands-on experience in social media management and KOL engagement projects, with a strategic mindset to ensure marketing goals and business needs are met.

  • Experienced in analysing campaign performance by data analytics and identify actionable insights to maximize effectiveness of digital campaigns and engagement level of digital portals

  • Experienced in developing strategic partnership with digital and mobile platforms

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, project management and leadership skill

  • Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skill; ability to work with people at all levels

  • Fluency in spoken and written English; Chinese fluency would also be advantageous

  • Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
