We are now looking for a talented Technical Supervisor (Building) to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor, the incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of in-house technicians and contractors on operations, routine repair, and maintenance of the building fabrics in our residential portfolio - Taikoo Shing.

• Manage large-scale maintenance project and supervise daily operations 


• Coordination with suppliers and contractors


• Supervise work undertaken by contractors 


• Prepare procurement documents and incident reports


• Coordinate & supervise in-house technicians 


• Maintain a good maintenance record


• Implement planned maintenance work

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance of building fabrics


• Certificate or Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent


• Construction Industry Safety Training Cert. (Green Card)


• Good communication skills; able to work with people at all level


• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure


• Willing to attend 24-hour emergency calls on all building-related issues
