About our role

We are now looking for a talented Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager to be part of our dynamic team.  Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, the incumbent will help us design and execute our digital strategies for Pacific Place. Major duties include managing Pacific Place’s digital channels including website, app, digital assets and performance marketing as well as running digital campaigns. Consistently explore new opportunities for innovation. He/She is also responsible for building partnerships with retail tenants and relevant third parties to develop an active brand ambassador network; liaising with external media agencies as well as internal departments; monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of digital channels to the Company.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant qualifications would be a plus

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital marketing preferred

  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Hong Kong digital content

  • Hands-on experience of app development and social media account management (including Facebook, Instagram and Wechat), preferably within retail industry

  • Experienced in implementing O2O tactics and social media engagement activities are advantageous

  • Displays in-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics and provide insights for optimisation

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Positive team player with confidence to take the lead and coordinate group efforts

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
