We are now looking for a talented Technical Supervisor to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Building Engineer/Assistant Engineer, the main duty of the incumbent is overseeing day-to-day supervision of in-house technicians and contractors on operations, routine repair, and maintenance of the E&M and P&D system in our residential portfolio. He / she will be responsible the coordination and supervision with suppliers and contractors, preparation procurement documents and incident reports, communicating & supervise in-house technicians and implementation of planned maintenance work. He/she will also attend 24-hour emergency calls on all E&M and P&D related issues

• Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent and obtain Electrical license grade A or above


• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance of E&M and P&D systems in residential properties


• Independent, self-motivated, ability to work independently without much supervision


• Able to work under pressure, work overtime and attend emergency call-out service


• Good communication skills; Able to work with people at all levels
