About our role

We are now looking for a talented Senior Customer Services Officer to be part of our dynamic team.  The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the operations and the performance of the customer services counters in Pacific Place, including arranging roster, coaching subordinates and coordinating with Customer Services Manager and Building Management Team to implement different activities.  He / She will provide high quality customer services to shoppers in the mall.  Other than handling inquiries and complaints at information desk, he / she will also participate in various promotional activities.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • Form 7 or above 

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experiences in customer service & hospitality industry

  • Supervisory experience is a plus

  • Excellent customer service attitudes, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people at all levels & with minimum supervision

  • Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality

  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua

  • 5-day work; Willing to work on roster basis

  • Candidates with experience in serving premium members, working at and managing premium lounges will be a plus
