We are now looking for a talented Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager to be part of our dynamic team.  Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, the incumbent will assist in running a wide range of marketing and promotions activities for Pacific Place.  Duties include planning, formulating strategies and overseeing the execution of different marketing campaigns.  He / she will also assist in coordinating various in-mall promotional activities, handling third parties' exhibitions and events, organising public relations activities and marketing campaigns.  The job scope also includes but not limited to preparing management reports, managing logistics arrangement of marketing activities, assisting on budget control and managing premium inventory.   

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline


• Minimum 6 years’ experience in branding marketing, PR communications, sales promotions, event management and partnership


• Experienced in working with agencies of different scopes such as creative agency, advertising agency, PR agency and event production house


• Candidates with all-round marketing experience in shopping mall or retail industry would be highly preferred


• Good project management, interpersonal, time management, presentation and leadership skills  


• Creative, independent, well-organized and self-motivated


• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
