About our role

We are now looking for a talented Senior Manager, Employee Experience to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director Human Resources, the purpose of this position is to design and drive our Employee Experience change programme across Swire Properties, including a review and re-design of the hire to retire experience, improving the digital candidate and employee experience, developing data and insight capabilities, and improving HR  effectiveness and efficiencies.

Responsibilities will include

  • Design the roadmap and lead the employee experience programme and projects to improve the employee experience across the hire to retire employee lifecycle.

  • Align the programme with our business priorities, brand, and department strategy.

  • Partner with functional heads in the HR department to drive alignment and re-design our internal processes to be efficient and effective.

  • Partner with IT/Digital to design the HR digital roadmap.

  • Drive HR digital transformation to improve the front-end user experience, back-end automation and to leverage the power of data.

  • Review and integrate HR communications throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Develop measures to assess baseline and subsequent impact of the programme.

  • Develop HR analytics and insight capabilities across the department.

  • Ensure that stakeholders are aligned in the change process and that the programme is effectively planned and executed.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Approximately 10 years of human resources experience (in-house and or consulting)

  • Proven experience leading and implementing change programmes

  • LEAN qualification advantageous

  • Strong strategic agility, stakeholder management, process management, drive for results

  • Strong communication, collaborative, and a confident facilitator

  • Creative and able translate ideas into action
