We are looking for a experienced Senior Digital Project Specialist to be part of our dynamic team. The incumbent will assist in the initial project feasibility study and end-to-end project execution. He / She will work closely with agencies, internal IT and business stakeholders on planning, management, execution and delivery of digital products/platforms.

• Support Digital Project Lead to liaise with project stakeholders to ensure deliverables, timelines, and objectives are understood, actionable, and completed on time


• Oversee the execution of project status and sunset schedules, ensuring to keeping track of documentations and guidelines are updated


• Support day-to-day activities of various digital product development (e.g. App, website, data tracking implementation)


• With the understanding of agile methodology, assist manage project intake process and backlog, negotiate scope or timeline, acting as a ‘gatekeeper' for the Digital Team


• Track budget, manage quotations and invoices and provide regular report updates


• Maintain vendor relationships, and monitor vendor agreements for renewals


• Review existing procedures and processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend optimizations

• Degree in Digital or Marketing related fields with 4+ years of work experience managing digital projects


• Strong planning, organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail


• Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities


• Be a proven, resourceful problem-solver, proactive and able to work independently without constant oversight


• Must be technically savvy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Well-versed in digital project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence


• Knowledge or experience of agile project cycle in UX design, User Flow and Wireframe


• Experience managing vendors and consultants, agencies, and other suppliers


• Digital savvy, passionate about latest technology with an eagerness to learn and grow


• PMP certification/ Certified Scrum Master would be an asset


• Language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
