About our role

We are now looking for a talented Senior Manager, Portfolio to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the leasing and management of Taikoo Place, which comprises 10 Grade A office towers spanning a floor area of over 7m square feet, alongside market leading amenities and retail offerings. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with our 300+ tenants including many top tier multinational, regional and local brands across a diverse variety of sectors., You will also be expected to develop and lead strategic transformation projects to increase the value of our assets, enhance our customer experience, and support the next development phase of Taikoo Place.

Responsibilities will include

  • Partner with senior management and stakeholders to understand priorities and drive the execution of business initiatives and portfolio strategy

  • Ongoing review of leasing strategies to drive the portfolio occupancy to ensure optimal financial performance 

  • Foster customer relationships and interact with prospective clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Lead the team to identify and implement transformational projects to enhance the portfolio's asset value and overall customer experience

  • Oversee the daily operations and address the operational issue in a timely and professional manner

  • Review and develop commercial and operational policy frameworks  

  • Responsible for annual budget preparation

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • University graduate; professionally qualified in HKIS / RICS an advantage

  • 10+ years’ experience in property developer or multi-national real estate company

  • Strengthen business network and foster good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners

  • Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus

  • Possess strong business sense with market awareness

  • Knowledge in sustainability and digitalization will be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills in both English and Chinese

  • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Financial exposure and international exposure would be an asset
