About our role

We are now looking for a talented Building Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Residential Portfolio, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Supervisor and Technicians to carry out the repair and maintenance of building services systems and building facilities of our different residential portfolios. He / She will also be responsible for handling residents’ enquires, giving technical advices and preparing specifications for maintenance and repair works. Other duties include managing and supervising technicians and contractors, coordinating with estate staff to handle resident’s complaints, as well as preparation and management of maintenance budgets and strategies.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • Degree holder in Electrical or Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in maintenance of building services installation of residential buildings

  • Holding of Grade B registered electrical worker license issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)

  • Chartered Engineer or Professional member of HKIE(MHKIE), or equivalent is preferable

  • Experience on dealing with owners’ corporation/owners’ committee will be an advantage

  • Excellent supervisory and communication skills, ability to work with people of all levels

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Willing to attend 24-hour emergency calls when necessary
