About our role

We are now looking for a talented Receptionist to be part of our dynamic team.  The incumbent will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls and enquiries, handling meeting room bookings and providing various administrative supports to the Pacific Place Management Office.

Responsibilities will include

  • Handle reception duties including greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Coordinate the environmental cleanliness especially the reception area and meeting rooms

  • Manage Conference Rooms Booking & Keep Updating the Booking System

  • Ad-hoc assignments as required

  • Keep proper records of all incoming and to-be-collected documents

  • Connect overseas calls for staff and keep proper records of the same

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above

  • Minimum 2 years front desk or reception experience in sizeable firm

  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels

  • Presentable, cheerful with professional telephone manner

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
