We are now looking for a talented Guest Services Ambassador to be part of our dynamic team.  The incumbent will be responsible for delivering premium services to tenants and visitors mainly at the lobby of our commercial portfolio at Taikoo Place.   Duties include proactively approaching & greeting visitors to ensure prompt attention to different situations, offering immediate assistance towards enquiries & complaints, handling visitor registration at the information desk as well as performing other duties as assigned by the Building Manager.

• Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management or related disciplines


• Solid experiences in customer services and hospitality fields


• Proactive, cheerful and service-oriented


• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate with visitors of different cultural backgrounds


• Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel


• Fresh graduate will also be considered


• Willing to work on weekdays at irregular hours (5 days work week; between 8:00am to 8:00pm)
