We are now looking for a talented Designer to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Residential Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for developing creative ideas and producing marketing communication materials across all design disciplines to support various marketing campaigns for residential developments.

• Responsible for the design layout and artwork production of all residential marketing communications materials


• Coordinate with internal and external parties e.g. printers and production houses to ensure prompt delivery of quality output


• Conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet the marketing strategies from concept, creative design to artwork production aspects


• Explore new technologies and digital tools, from research, concept, feasibility study to implementation


• Produce and edit creative multimedia assets for website, social media, digital screen in the format of video, infographic and animation 


• Conduct photo and video shooting on the developments for communications and archive

• Diploma in Graphic Design/ Multimedia Design/ related discipline or equivalent


• Strong hands-on experience in graphics design, illustration, video editing and multi-media software including but not limited to Adobe software


• Strong photography, video editing, storytelling and typography skills


• Competency in Web design and experience of perspective drawings is preferred
