About our role

We are now looking for a talented Customer Services Officer to be part of our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality customer services to our premium members and shoppers at Pacific Place. He/she will have to handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, participate in various exhibitions, events and other promotional activities as well as to provide other complimentary services at the mall. In addition, the role needs to support the loyalty programme operation, handle the membership related matters, manage the VIP concierge areas in organised ways, and to be responsible for its inventory control and stock replenishment.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

  • Diploma holder or above

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences in customer service & hospitality industry

  • Candidates with experiences in serving premium members, working at and managing premium lounge will be highly preferred 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality

  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua

  • 5-day work; Willing to work on roster basis
