We are now looking for a talented Manager, Technical Services to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, the incumbent will assist in overseeing the operation and maintenance of investment properties in the Pacific Place portfolio.

• Provide technical support and coordinate with internal parties on all technical related matters including repair & maintenance, tenant's fitting out & reinstatement work, project management of improvement works, building, mechanical & electrical design, and evaluation of technical solutions


• Manage a team of technical staff to ensure that plant and equipment are maintained to the highest standards and operate effectively and efficiently


• Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget and monitor expenditure

• University graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent


• Registered Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer or equivalent


• Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experiences, 3 of which is at supervisory level


• Good interpersonal and people management skills


• Proficiency in PC skills


• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
