We are now looking for a talented and driven Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Investor Relations to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, the incumbent will provide strategic, financial, and accounting analysis and support Senior Management for investment evaluation, execution and ongoing monitoring. 

• Fully participate in the assessment of proposed new investments and review existing investments


• Responsible for preparing board meeting materials on investment or divestment projects


• Participate in the execution of investment and divestment transactions, including liaison with external and internal parties for execution


• Carry out the business performance review, peer group benchmarking and ad-hoc research


• Contribute to the organization of investor relations events and preparation of investor relations materials


• Carry out ad-hoc projects of a general financial nature as and when required

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines


• CFA Level 1 or above qualification


• At least 7 years relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, private equity, property, consulting, and/or equity research


• Proven abilities in handling quantitative and qualitative research, maintaining economic databases and working under minimal supervision


• Good communication skills and an analytical mindset with a financial and commercial sense


• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese


• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with using Bloomberg terminal preferred


• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
