We are now looking for a talented Manager, Technical Services to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all building structure and finishes in Citygate.

• Manage a team of professional surveyors and technical staff to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance services in building structure and plumbing & drainage system
• Implement building works to maintain the required quality standards and statutory compliance
• Project management on alteration, enhancement works, refurbishment and multi-disciplinary projects
• Provide technical support on tenants’ fitting out and reinstatement work
• Plan and implement projects on Company’s sustainability directives
• Control of the annual budget and monitor technical expenditure

• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
• Qualified Professional Building Surveyor (MHKIS or MRICS) or equivalent
• 8 years’ experience in maintenance of building fabric, alteration and addition works and fitting out of commercial properties, 3 of which is at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
