About our role

We are seeking a highly motivated Diversity & Inclusion Lead to develop and implement DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) strategies within our business. You will partner with stakeholders of all levels across the business, and with employee resource groups to create an inclusive and equitable place to work for our employees. You will partner with Centers of Excellence in HR to embed D&I into our HR processes and practices.

Responsibilities will include
  • Develop and lead our organisation wide DEIB strategy and roadmap, embedding sustainable change.
  • Build a culture of inclusivity, partnering and advising the business to build psychological safety and trust.
  • Articulate, align, and cascade DEIB as a business imperative to senior and middle management, reinforcing accountability and behavioral changes towards inclusive leadership and people management, and strengthen DEIB know-how.
  • Partner with HR teams across regions to ensure that HR policies and practices are in keeping with our DEIB ambitions, providing recommendations on best practices.
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to continually enhance inclusive leadership competence.
  • Partner with HR and business units to address department specific DEIB issues.
  • Develop advanced DEIB analytics and generate in-depth insights from different surveys and data sources to track trends, influence stakeholders and inform decisions and priorities.
  • Lead and support the DEIB committee and employee resource groups.
  • Partner with ERGs and HR across regions to develop and manage year-round communications and events to continue to raise awareness and engagement across the business.
  • Represent Swire Properties at internal and external events, speaking on the topic of DEIB.
  • Identify external partnerships for community outreach and to drive initiatives that align with our IBED goals.
  • Deputy Lead of the Workplace Wellbeing Strategy working group, driving the strategy and roadmap forward to achieve our goals.
  • Produce reports and data for external reporting.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have
  • BA / BS degree in business/HR or related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR or D&I experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Capable of working at both a strategic level and willing to drive results at an operational level
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights from data and take action
  • Good business acumen and skilled at change management
  • Self-starter who is motivated, able to work independently and handle ambiguity
