We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance Operations, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive account operations of both corporate and residential accounts. Acting as a gatekeeper, they will ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting and financial documentation, as well as adequate authorization and segregation of duties. • Assist in reviewing monthly management accounts, annual statutory account, and tax computation for companies located in HK, Southeast Asia and Hungary
• Assist in preparing monthly / budget cashflow related schedules for the treasury team’s review and perform variance analysis for the cashflow related schedules
• Assist in preparing the annual budget for HK estate, residential leasing, trading properties, miscellaneous properties in HK and Southeast Asia
• Being system controller for HK payment/Accounting system and HSBCNet
• To drive the finance process and change by collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay up to date on a significant change that may have an impact on the design or operating effectiveness control
• Working closely with relevant heads of functions within Finance in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures
• Serve as in-house subject matter expert on internal control requirements of the relevant regulators and statutory bodies
• Liaise with JV partners related to statutory records and banking issue
• Handle ad-hoc projects e.g. acquisition of properties or disposal of companies

• Member of recognized professional Accountancy bodies
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit, finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in of managerial role,  working experiences in sizable professional firm will be a plus
• Proficiency in Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, listing rules, and other legal and compliance regulations
• Able to take initiative and make changes
• Results-drive, detail oriented and well organized
• A Self-driven go-getter who is result oriented and powers through tough situations
• Excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate to diverse groups of audiences
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge of MS applications and proficient in computerized accounting systems
