About our role

 We are seeking a talented Employee Experience Communications Lead to join the Employee Experience team. This person plays a vital role in developing and executing HR communication strategies to engage, inform and inspire our employees.  This person will be an advocate and help shape and drive initiatives designed to foster a great experience for our employees.

Responsibilities will include
  • A communications advisor to our HR leaders and key partners to develop and implement communication strategies related to our HR and Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a communications content calendar to deliver on HR strategies and operational requirements
  • Write and edit all communications that are issued from the HR department, including employer branding social media posts, eDMs, intranet posts, career site content etc
  • Create and issue change management communications across digital and non-digital channels and events
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging on the visuals, tone of voice, and look and feel of all content
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our communications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and change management.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or a related subject
  • 8+ years of work experience in corporate communications, journalism, or publishing
  • Native English speaker with exceptional English writing and editing skills. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous
  • Creative, outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
  • Action-oriented and driven to deliver results
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management
  • Experience in digital journalism and social media literacy a plus
