We are now looking for a talented Concierge to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Concierge Manager and the incumbent will be responsible for providing professional concierge and security services of the highest quality to the residents of our luxury residential property. Other duties include liaising with relevant parties and departments, maintaining excellent rapport with residents, handling inquiries and complaints, and preparing regular reports and data as required.

• HKDSE/ HKALE or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry
• MHKIH/MCIH; or actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH.  Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel
• Willing to work on roster basis
