ABOUT THE TEAM

We are now looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Head of Residential Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies primarily for Hong Kong residential development, supporting projects in the Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia, focusing on branding, advertising, publicity, exhibition, and showflat design and production coordination. He / She is required to liaise with external consultants / contractors, various agencies, and internal parties for the design and construction of showflat, sales offices and related materials. He / She will work in Hong Kong with occasional business travel subject to the project needs.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A decisive leader who can make firm and timely decisions
  • A Self-driven go-getter who is result oriented and powers through tough situations
  • Excellent team leader who can juggle skills and perspectives to achieve team goals
  • Degree in marketing or business-related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a marketing related field such as advertising, public relations, or event management, preferably in property industry. Overseas marketing experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational ability and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors
  • Occasionally business travel
