We are currently looking for a talented Technical Supervisor to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Cityplaza. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax.  Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Cityplaza is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

• Carry out daily repair & maintenance, and monitor upgrades & improvements of FS / BMS / ELV installations & systems in Cityplaza
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors, upkeep health & safety practices for all front-line technicians, outsourced consultants & contractors
• Prepare reports on inspection and incidents of system breakdown
• Willing to attend 24-hour emergency calls & holiday duty shifts when necessary

• Certificate or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory work experience in building services operation and maintenance, staff supervision is an asset
• Holders of REW Grade A or above is required
• Intermediate spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills on MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel, AutoCAD skills is an advantage
