We are currently seeking a talented Assistant Employer Branding Manager to be part of our dynamic team in HR&A here at Swire Properties. You will be responsible for owning and promoting the organisation’s employer branding strategy to support us as the most admired employer in the industry globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to position Swire Properties as the employer of choice. Working closely with the Recruitment teams, you will be staying on top of current needs of job seekers, while working alongside with production vendors to create compelling content that attract top talent and elevate our brand reputation among prospective candidates.
  • You will be the key contact point within HR&A to be associated with the employer branding of Swire Properties across all talent attraction channels, and for ensuring our candidate experience contribute to a world-class, signature experience.
  • Together with the early careers Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also be building relationships with educational institutions, contributing to the company's employer branding efforts, attracting talented individuals from college communities, to bringing these young talents onboard, and planning for their pre-boarding and onboarding journey.
  • You will be analysing the recruitment data and market trends as necessary to identify opportunities to enhance the employer brand and to improve talent attraction via employer branding efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, HR, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of working experience in Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or related field
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, campus recruitment strategies, and the candidate journey is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required
  • Strong programme management and event management skills
  • Excellent written and English communication skills, Chinese advantageous
