We are now looking for a talented Senior Concierge to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Concierge Manager, the incumbent will be the deputy in-charge of the overall day-to-day estate operation and management of our luxury residential property.

• Liaising with relevant parties and departments, resolve issue regarding defects
• Maintaining excellent rapport with residents, overseeing proper performance of the on site team
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, DMC, and house rules.
• Assist and oversee the day to day running of building facilities including gym, lounge and swimming pool.

• Tertiary education with at least 5 years' experience in property management of luxury residential developments
• Member/ Student member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing or related institution is preferable - PMSA Tier 2 or above
• Strong supervision and inter-personal skills and able to deal with different ethnic groups
• Willing to learn, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
