We are currently seeking a skilled Clerical Assistant to join our team at Pacific Place. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for various clerical tasks. Responsibilities include inputting data onto the CRM system to facilitate loyalty points upload, conducting regular spot checks to ensure data accuracy, providing clerical support for the efficient operation of the loyalty programme, and handling ad hoc duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Input data onto the CRM system to facilitate the upload of loyalty points
  • Run regular spot checks and verify data accuracy
  • Provide clerical supports to ensure efficient operation of the loyalty programme
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • HKCEE/ DSE or above passed in English and Chinese
  • 1-year working experience in clerical/administrative/data entry work is preferred
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Able to work on roster basis
