We are currently seeking a skilled Building Manager to join our team at Pacific Place. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Management, the role involves supervising daily operations, fostering team collaboration, liaising with tenants and customers, monitoring service contractors, handling emergencies, managing budgets, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Supervise a frontline team to perform daily building operations
• Build a strong team through partnerships and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the company's goals
• Liaise with tenants and customers, including handling complaints
• Monitor service contractors' performance
• Respond to emergencies
• Prepare budgets and handle all associated administrative tasks such as staff recruitment, training, roster preparation, tendering, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Building Management

• Degree holder in Property Management/Facility Management or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in on-site property management of sizable shopping malls and office buildings
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office
• Membership of HKIH/CIH, PMP Tier 1, Security Personal Permit / First Aid Certificate would be an advantage
