We are currently looking for a talented Building Surveyor to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

• Monitor for the maintenance, repair and upgrading of the building fabric, plumbing and drainage installations of our portfolio in Pacific Place.
• Assist to prepare budget reports, recommend maintenance and improvement strategies
• Monitor tenants' fit-out works
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out different tasks
• Handle enquires on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Qualified Professional Building Surveyor (MHKIS or MRICS), Registered Architect or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of building fabric
• Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
