We are now looking for a talented Concierge to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Concierge Manager, the incumbent will be the deputy in-charge of the overall day-to-day estate operation and management of our luxury residential property.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing professional concierge and property management services
  • Liaising with relevant parties and departments
  • Maintaining excellent rapport with residents
  • Handling residents' complaints and enquiries
  • Issuing maintenance reports, drafting notices and reply letters to residents as required
REQUIREMENTS
• HKDSE/ HKALE or above

 • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry

 • MHKIH/MCIH; or actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH. Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered.

 • Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure

 • Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative

 • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

 • Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel

 • Willing to work on roster basis

 • Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
