We are now looking for a talented Learning & Talent Management Manager to be part of our dynamic team! The incumbent will be responsible for Talent development initiatives as well as designing and facilitating learning and development programmes within Swire Properties. This position plays a crucial role in managing the team in developing organisational capabilities and supporting the growth of our employees. He/ She will report directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Management and will partner with the business to foster a positive learning culture and enable their business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct regular learning needs analyses to identify, develop and implement appropriate learning and talent development solutions to support business priorities and needs
  • Manage a small team of learning professionals, role modelling learning agility, team leadership, and excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Provide full spectrum support in the design, development and implementation of the learning and development curriculum, including designing programme content, learning solution execution and communication plan, facilitating training, managing vendors and logistics, and evaluating learning effectiveness
  • Manage talent development programmes to build leadership capabilities
  • Responsible for designing and facilitating training for our corporate employees as well as our frontline employees
  • Act as a learning partner, offering advice and support to Line Managers and employees to support their development of functional capabilities
  • Oversee staff development record management, including LMS management and training data analysis
  • Utilise instructional design and digital learning tools to create self-learning solutions that are interactive, engaging, and effective
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in learning and talent development
  • Broad experience in instructional design – preferably both face to face and e-learning • Substantial experience in Talent management and development, including structured Trainee Schemes
  • Professional qualifications in HR and coaching advantageous
  • Excellent English and Cantonese; Putonghua advantageous
  • Knowledge of adult learning models, and experienced in managing, facilitating and measuring corporate wide learning programmes
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS preferred
  • Open to change, well planned and self-motivated
  • Strong business acumen, drive for results, situational adaptability
  • Track record of building effective teams and driving engagement
