About our role

We are now looking for a talented Manager, Residential Sales to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Residential Sales, the incumbent will supervise sales activities of the residential portfolio. The candidate will be involved in all sales-related activities of the Company’s residential trading portfolio from feasibility studies to post-sales services. 

Responsibilities will include

  • To assist managers in feasibility studies, develop optimal schemes and assess development potential of residential sites.

  • To assist managers to review the development scheme and layout design.

  • To coordinate with various external and internal parties for DMC preparation and presale applications.

  • To liaise with solicitors and related parties on first-hand sales compliance matters, including but not limited to the preparation of sales brochure, price list, sales arrangement documents and register of transactions.

  • To supervise officers to prepare sales scripts and Q&As for sales launch.

  • To assist in preparation and formulation of sales plan, including pricing and batching strategies.

  • To coordinate with Marketing team for preparation of marketing collaterals.

  • To handle logistics and manpower planning relating to sales launch and to attend sales office / showflats / roadshows or other promotional programmes and campaigns.

  • To train up frontline sales with adequate product knowledge and professional customer services.

  • To ensure that preliminary sales and purchase agreements and side letters are duly explained to purchasers and duly executed.

  • To liaise with the Estate Management and Projects teams on handover of completed units.

  • To handle purchasers’ enquiries or requests, and provide post-sales services as needed.

  • To prepare the annual budget and quarterly updates with detailed sales programme and cash flows.

  • To closely monitor market activities and conduct market research and analysis.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

  • University graduate in marketing or business-related discipline

  • Professionally qualified in Surveying an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with good knowledge of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
