We are now looking for a talented Building Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Services, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of Assistant Engineers, Technical Supervisors and Technicians to carry out the operation, repair and maintenance of the HVAC systems for Taikoo Place, which include the design, specification and implementation of tenancy improvement works and engineering retrofitting projects within the portfolio.  Other duties include liaising with contractors and consultants, attending emergency callout, preparation and management of maintenance budgets, planning and implementation of long-term maintenance, monitoring tenants’ fit-out works, and on-going assessment of energy conservation and related environmental issues.

• Degree holder in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences
• Chartered Engineer or member of HKIE is preferable
• A Self-driven go-getter who is result oriented and powers through tough situations
• A decisive leader who can make firm and timely decisions
• Excellent team leader who can juggle skills and perspectives to achieve team goals
• Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills, familiar with AutoCAD is an advantage
• Willing to attend emergency call outside normal office hour
