We are now looking for two talented Senior Network & Systems Engineers to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the incumbent will oversee and provide operational support, design and implement for on-premises/cloud-based systems infrastructure, security solution and application services.

Security

• Provides support in cybersecurity operations and incidents handling for SOC on Managed Security Services (MSS), includes Threat Vulnerability Management (TVM), Managed Security Operation Center (MSOC), technical aspects on provisioning and on-going operation
• Implement and manage security-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Assist in regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation action

 Cloud

• Ensure the availability and security of cloud-based systems and infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Provide administration of SIEM, ITOM, CMDB and related cybersecurity systems to ensure security patches are updated and compliant with security auditing
• Provide 2nd tier technical support of systems infrastructure

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in network and system administration / Cloud implementation / DevOps
• Hands-on experience in Windows/Linux platform, AD/AAD, ADFS, SSO, Cloud-based platform (AWS/Azure/AliCloud), network security and hybrid infrastructures and experience in supporting such environments
• Experience in security incident response, vendor management, project management and change management
• With knowledge on network and system security concepts and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, EDR, security systems and vulnerability scanners
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
