We are now looking for a talented Rewards Manager to be part of our dynamic team. The incumbent will support the Senior Manager, Rewards in the development and execution of rewards strategies and policies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design appropriate rewards strategies and ensure subsequent change processes are well managed.
  • Act as the SME to lead and implement employee benefits programmes (including leave entitlements, medical benefits, retirement plans, insurance programmes, etc.).
  • Manage salary and benefits surveys and handle annual salary and bonus review exercises.
  • Manage annual budgeting exercise.
  • Oversight on taxation matters for secondment.
  • Regular review of workflow to drive digitalisation and enhancement of our systems.
  • Monitor HR related systems and ensure smooth integration of systems.
  • Lead in other ad hoc HR initiatives and projects.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A decisive leader who can make firm and timely decisions
  • A Self-driven go-getter who is result oriented and powers through tough situations
  • Excellent team leader who can juggle skills and perspectives to achieve team goals
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Well versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of employment ordinances
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of employee benefits programmes
  • Familiar with global salary and benefits surveying tools
  • Excellent planning and organising skills, good at numeric and analytics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with and manage relationships at all levels
  • Strong in project management with experience in leading HR projects
