We are currently seeking for a talented Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of our dynamic team in HR&A here at Swire Properties!  Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment of frontline candidates for our commercial and retail properties. 

• Building and maintaining strong pipeline of potential frontline candidates
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process by attracting and bringing onboard the best candidates with the right set of skills and competencies
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process
• Analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and provide regular reports to senior management on talent acquisition performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continually improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a broad range of candidates are considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplines is an added advantage
• 5+ years of relevant experience in property management or real estate industry for HR or recruitment related functions
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with and manage relationships at all levels
