We are now looking for a talented Designer to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Residential Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for developing creative ideas and producing marketing communication materials across all design disciplines to support various marketing campaigns for residential developments.

• Responsible for the development of design concepts, creative graphic, infographics, multimedia solutions and marketing materials for various projects, supporting residential marketing team
• Design brand-consistent printed materials, digital images, social media content, and advertising collaterals for residential marketing communications
• Coordinate with printers and production houses to ensure prompt delivery of quality output and manage end-to-end production lifecycle of creative content and assets from concept to execution
• Support daily operations in graphic and multimedia design activities, including video editing and motion graphics

• Diploma in Graphic Design/ Multimedia Design/ related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphics design, production of printed matters and multi-media presentation
• Strong hands-on experience in graphics design, illustration and multi-media software including but not limited to AutoCad 2011, Freehand 9, Illustrator 9, Pagemaker 6.5, Photoshop 5.5, Streamline 4, KPT 6, Painter 6 and Director 8
• Strong photography and typography skills
• Competency in Web design and experience of perspective drawings is preferred
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• High level of enthusiasm and a commitment to producing quality creative work
• Mature, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and be able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors
