We are looking for an experienced Chinese Editor to join our Public Affairs department. You will be a key member of the Internal Communications & Editorial team, working in a fast-paced environment to create compelling content and campaigns for employees across our global offices. You will play a critical role in keeping employees informed and updated through a variety of channels – including our bi-monthly newsletter, employee intranet, staff townhalls, events, videos, and various digital mediums. Ideally, you will have experience in corporate communications, with a passion for employee engagement, a keen editorial eye, and a track record of creating innovative content and people-centric campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle Chinese editorial and translation work for key corporate collaterals, including Chief Executive Messages, internal announcements, press releases, and corporate reports
  • Act as the gatekeeper for all corporate Chinese collaterals across the company
  • Collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the company to gather news stories and create content for various internal communication channels
  • Manage the co-ordination and production of the company’s newsletter and monthly Chief Executive videos
  • Assist in the daily management of the company intranet, including content contribution and translation work
  • Provide project management and coordination for internal campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
  • A university graduate or above, majoring in Communications/Journalism, Translation or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in corporate communications, journalism or publishing, preferably in the property industry
  • Experience using multiple communications platforms, including print and digital
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a keen attention to detail
  • Outgoing, excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is highly preferred
