We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Property Officer to join our Portfolio Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide clerical and administrative support on Estate management activities
  • Prepare documentation for estate management matters
  • Manage leasing data system, issue invoices, reminders to owners on outstanding accounts
  • Assist in coordinating the estate enhancement works, maintenance and repairs, and property management matters
  • Assist in budget preparation
REQUIREMENTS
  • Post-secondary or tertiary education in property management or related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in property management field
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Office
