We are now looking for a talented Data & Analytics Governance Lead to take part of this transformation journey and achieve our ambition. You will act as a key driver for the development of a Cross-Portfolio Data Governance framework (Retail and Office, to start with), as well as key Data Analytics products and services for HK Retail Marketing.

• Lead the Data Management & Protection Office for data governance related matters
• Lead and drive the setup of the framework and standards of consent management, data retention & disposal, data access right control etc.
• Review and drive process improvement and adoption of data lifecycle management technology to improve data quality and alignment on data access right control as well as data usage with different stakeholders.
• Review and drive process changes in relation to new developments in data protection regulations primarily in the markets our company operates in partnership with Legal and Data Protection Officer.
• Develop internal guidelines for BU to execute Data Management & Protection Policy in efficient and effective manner.
• Drive the Data Management & Protection Policy and Guidelines communication, ensure new guidelines and polices are well communicated and understood within the company, including but not limited to training and awareness building

• Degree in any discipline with strong business operation sense
• 5 years of experience in Data Governance, especially customer data; previous experiences in consulting firms will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of privacy law and practice, especially in HK PDPO, EU GDPR, CM PIPL requirements
• Methodological with strong attention to detail, and demonstrates experience in developing processes that meet business needs
• Experience leading the implementation of new policy and data governance model, in a large scale organisation, with a global or multi-geography footprint
• Strong knowledge of the data lifecycle management technology / digital customer experience industry landscape, trends tools and techniques preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
