We are now looking for a talented Assistant Engineer to be part of our dynamic team.  Reporting to the Building Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for operation and maintenance of the E & M systems of Taikoo Place.  He/She is to assist in the implementation of environmental and energy saving projects, supervise contractors and in-house technicians to carry out routine repairs and maintenance works, monitor tenants' fit-out works, handle enquiries on all E & M-related issues and prepare technical reports.

• Higher Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of design or maintenance experience of commercial buildings or A&A project management
• A Self-driven go-getter who is result oriented and powers through tough situations
• Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills; able to work with others to meet shared objectives
• A Strong relationship builder who is solutions-oriented
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to attend emergency call outside normal office hour
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
